After adding the product BlendyGo 3 to your shopping cart, the promotion will be activated automatically.
The Participant may take part in the Promotional Campaign any number of times, provided that the conditions are met each time.

Terms & Conditions of the Promotional Campaign „Christmas Sale”
§ 1 General Provisions
The promotional campaign is carried out under the terms and conditions set forth in these Regulations.
The organizer of the promotional campaign under the slogan „Christmas Sale” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Campaign”) is BZ COMMERCE sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Stanislaw Dolny 458, 31-130 Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, 30-443 Kraków, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000903028, VAT ID: 9442271976, e-mail address: contact@blendygo.com, phone number: +48 690 801 270 (hereinafter referred to as the: „Organizer”).
Check all forms of contact with the Organizer on the website www.blendygo.com. Our Team is at your disposal and will be happy to answer your questions.
The Promotional Campaign is valid in the online store at: www.bledygo.com (hereinafter referred to as the: „Online store”).
These Terms and Conditions are addressed both to Customers who are Consumers and to Customers who are not Consumers, using the Online Store.
The promotional campaign is intended exclusively for natural persons of legal age who qualify as consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code (i.e. natural persons acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business or profession) and who, during the validity period of the promotional campaign, make a purchase in the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).
§ 2 Duration of the Promotional Campaign
The Promotional Campaign lasts from 04.12 to 18.12.2025 r.
The “Christmas Sale” Promotional Campaign comprises a series of several consecutive partial promotions (hereinafter referred to as the “Partial Promotions”) organised during successive periods within the overall duration of the Campaign. The Partial Promotions constitute an integral part of the Promotional Campaign.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Promotional Campaign by an additional 7 days in the event of high interest in the campaign. If the Promotional Campaign is extended, the Organizer will clearly inform users about it, e.g., on the Online Store website or on the brand’s social media BlendyGo.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Campaign earlier (e.g., due to technical limitations or stock depletion). If the Promotional Campaign is terminated earlier, the Organizer will clearly inform users about it, e.g., on the Online Store website or on the brand’s social media BlendyGo.
The Organizer reserves the right that the visual presentation of the duration period of the Promotional Campaign may refer either to the Promotional Campaign as a whole or to the completion of individual Partial Promotions.
The Organizer also reserves the right to make the products available again in future promotional campaigns held within the framework of Black Friday.
§ 3 Rules of the Promotional Campaign
Promotional Campaign „Christmas Sale” applies exclusively to BlendyGo 3 available in the Online Store..
By purchasing the product BlendyGo 3, the Participant receives a free product, tj. Drinking Lid (gift).
On the receipt / electronic invoice, the value of the free product is specified as the amount 0,01 €.
Promotional Campaign „Christmas Sale” applies to the entire shopping cart in the Online Store. The Promotional Campaign consists of the following Partial Promotions (the table is available at the end of this document)*.
This Promotional Campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns under the Organizer’s loyalty programs, nor can it be combined with other price/discount promotions valid in the Online Store during the term of the Promotional Campaign.
The Participant may take part in the Promotional Campaign multiple times (e.g., by placing several separate online orders).
With regard to Customers purchasing in the Online Store, participation in the Promotional Campaign is equivalent to having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation, as well as to giving consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Online Store’s Privacy Policy BlendyGo.
§ 4 Responsibility
The Organizer’s liability towards the Participant for claims related to the rights granted to the Participant under these Terms and Conditions is limited to the value of the transaction to which the claim relates.
The above limitation does not apply to consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
§ 5 Product returns, non-conformity of goods with the contract
The Participant of the Promotion (consumer and entrepreneur with consumer rights) is entitled to withdraw from the contract with respect to the entire order as well as its individual items. Detailed information regarding withdrawal from the contract and returns can be found in the Online Store Terms and Conditions BlendyGo.
All complaints regarding product defects will be considered under the general terms specified in the Online Store Terms and Conditions. Detailed information regarding statutory warranty / non-conformity of goods with the contract can be found in the Online Store Terms and Conditions BlendyGo.
§ 6 Complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign
Any complaints regarding the Promotional Campaign may be submitted during the Campaign and up to 30 days after its conclusion.
Complaints should be submitted to the following address contact@blendygo.com and to the Organizer’s correspondence address.
Complaints will be reviewed by the Organizer without undue delay, within 14 days from the date of their submission.
After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Participant is entitled to make use of the available Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms aimed at the amicable settlement of consumer disputes. Information regarding access to ADR procedures, as well as the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established by the European Commission, is available at:

The Participant may submit a request to an authorised consumer dispute resolution body operating in their Member State of residence. The choice of the competent ADR entity shall comply with the applicable national and EU consumer protection rules.
The Participant of the Promotional Campaign retains all rights under the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, provided that they hold the status of a consumer or an entrepreneur acting with consumer rights. Furthermore, the provisions of this section do not exclude or limit any other rights granted to Participants under applicable law.
§ 7 Final Provisions
The content of the Promotional Campaign Terms and Conditions is available on the Online Store website.BlendyGo at the address https://blendygo.com/ and at the Organizer’s registered office.
In case of any doubts regarding the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Participant has the right to request the Organizer at any time to provide the proper interpretation of its provisions.
Matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable legal acts.
The Promotional Campaign does not constitute a game of chance, a mutual bet, or any other form of gambling within the meaning of the applicable European Union rules on gambling and games of chance. The Promotional Campaign is not subject to any authorisation or approval procedure required for gambling activities under EU or national legislation.
In justified circumstances, the Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions. Participants will be informed of any amendments without delay by the publication of the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the Store’s website. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall not affect agreements concluded within the framework of the Promotion prior to the publication of the amendment notice.
The Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of 04.12.2025.
